Constribution For Management
Hi i am muhammad iqbal from marketing management faculty economy in university of Jakarta . Here I will discuss my contribution as a student of management.
As we all know that students always become part of the journey of a nation, the history of democracy always includes students as pioneers, movers, even as decision makers. This has happened in many countries around the world, both in the East and in the West. Critical, democratic, and constructive thinking is always born from the mindset of the students. Student voices often represent and elevate the social reality that occurs in society. Idealism encourages students to fight for an aspiration on the ruler, in their own way.
As the next generation of the nation, students are required to be leaders and determinants of the future of the Indonesian nation in general, but in fact there is the role of the student itself has undergone many changes that dikarnakan by shifting era, so many students who forget the task and role in determining The future of this Indonesian nation, they just want to pursue success in the course and success in the world of work. In contrast to the notion of the Student itself as the principal actor and agent of exchange in reform movements has the meaning of a collection of intellectual man, looking at everything with clear, positive, responsible, and mature mind. Morally, students will be charged with academic responsibilities in generating "fruit works" that are useful for the environment.
Students occupy a strategic position in their involvement in social engineering towards the independence of society, in economic, political, social and cultural aspects. In its position as an educated community, the student as one of the key determinants in the transformation towards the justice and prosperity of the nation.
Student position can simply be described as a barada figure in the middle of the level. In society a part of society, among intellectuals students are also considered to be among them. In other words, their existence in the middle of any level has a strategic value.
Turning to the life of a college that forms a unique lifestyle among students. At the University, students from various regions, tribes, languages and religions are intertwined in daily campus activities, thus students are also participating in maintaining unity in Indonesia. Students as a group that will enter the upper layers of the power structure, economic structure and prestige in society are themselves an elite within the younger generation. In addition, students as the main actors and agents of exchange in reform movements have the meaning of a collection of human intellectuals, looking at everything with clear, positive, responsible, and mature mind. Morally, students will be charged with academic responsibilities in generating "fruit works" that are useful for the environment
Students also have a role as a guardian of values in society. Students as the guardian of values in society That means the student must be guarded is something that is absolutely true, and there is no doubt in it. The value is clearly not the result of pragmatism, it must be derived from a perfect and all-knowing notion of scientific values.
Students as agents of change. It means students are agents of change. From this understanding can be explained that the student is part of the change in academic aspect and also the development of the nation to be more advanced in the future. Change itself can actually be seen from two views. The first view holds that the social order of life is strongly influenced by materialistic things such as technology, for example the windmill will create feudal society, industrial machinery will create capitalist society, the internet will create an informative society, and so on. The next view holds that ideology or value as a factor affecting change. As a student it seems that we should be able to accommodate these two views for the sake of expected change. It's all because we have more potential to realize those things. The change needs to be done and why also the student must be the front guard in the change, then in making the changes must be made method that is not in a hurry, starting from the smallest scope of oneself, then spread until finally to the scope that we Hope this nation.
Students as future generations.Students are expected to be tough human beings who have the ability and noble character that later can replace previous generations. That is the student is an asset, reserve, the hope of the nation for the future. It can not be denied that the entire organization that exists will be flowing, that is marked by the shift of power from the old to the young, therefore kaderisasi must be done continuously. The world of college and student affairs is the momentum of cadrezation that is very dear if not used for those who have the opportunity.Students are required to play more role, not only responsible as academic, but beyond that obliged to think and develop the nation's goals. In this case the integration of moral values and intellectuality is necessary for the passing of the role of students in the world of campus to create a harmonious campus living conditions as well as life outside the campus. Students' roles and functions can be demonstrated by being polite without compromising the essence and agenda of the struggle.
The spirit of guarding and overseeing the course of reform, must remain embedded in the souls of every student. Critical attitudes must remain within the student, as a controlling agent to prevent any misconduct that occurs with the changes they have fought for. That way, the students continue to spread the smell of social justice and popular solidarity.
The ability that a student must have, Soft skill (Personality Skill) Soft Skill or personality skills is one of the factors for success in education and also determinants for one's future in life. Since soft skills almost 80% determine one's success. The ability of soft skill that a student needs to have is a student must be able to manage time, become a leader and responsible. Hard Skill (Intellectual Ability) Intellectual ability only supports 20% of achievement and success of a person. Therefore, a student must have the criteria that aims to prepare students from academic aspect as well as in society and government. Students as agents of change are an important part of an educational system that exists today, especially for students majoring in management. Management students are expected to advance or utilize the knowledge they can to advance their university for example in marketing management. Students in marketing management are expected to give broad insight about the science they can by creating an organization that involves the entrepreneur in order to utilize the knowledge of the marketing management program. After doing so, students can know firsthand what they have to do to advance and utilize the knowledge they can. And apply the knowledge in everyday life in society.
Students are a handful of people who will continue development in this country, the expectation that when the students are in power, or the current generation who are educating at the university, can improve the education system in Indonesia by raising the education budget from 20% to 25 - 30%. With the increase of education budget, automatic education itself can be more developed and more evenly spread in Indonesia and not an expensive anymore among the small community. Students can create a small entrepreneur that can be known to the public so that the existing science on the students can be useful as evidence to advance education in Indonesia, the students also play a role as a nation to change the nation to become better by improving the quality of human resources so that the utilization of natural resources in Indonesia This can be utilized optimally which impact on the progress of the Indonesian economy itself. From the reality that there are now many natural resources in Indonesia whose utilization is only tergantug from foreign countries, such as the utilization of freeport in Papua, if the people of Indonesia has a good human resources most likely in terms of Indonesia's economy will be better and the nation of Indonesia will advance in terms of economy, So that benefits for the small community will be more that will help in terms of financial also in terms of affordable education. In addition, the current fuel crisis because Indonesia can not process crude oil itself, so a lot of oil scarcity and the impact on rising prices for food and clothing, but income from small communities are generally very minimal.
All these problems can be resolved when the human resources of the people of Indonesia itself has been good so that the progress of the Indonesian nation itself has seen us in the future.
Students can also play a role in economic development in Indonesia although still low. However, it is possible that students can play more role. In this case the students can apply the principles of institutional economy. Institutions play a very important role in development in many Asian countries. Institutions are important factors in the institutional economy. Students can use an institution to play a role in development. For that students form an institution in bantuk organises which there are two main functions, namely making moral encouragement to implement fair economic policy, participate directly to help the real sector economy.
With the movement or entrepreneurship of the student then the student
Can understand the meaning of hard work. Students who take education while doing a side business for students better understand the meaning of hard work. They can put their position as money seekers like their parents do. They understand how hard it is to earn money so they can better appreciate the money they get. The process of earning money that requires hard work makes them think a thousand times to waste money on things that are not needed. Students become more disciplined
The assumption that students who do business then the education will be abandoned is not always true. Precisely a student side business can increase student awareness of time. They realize that their busyness does not just lecture. They have job responsibilities that should not be forgotten. They become more disciplined over time and can not arbitrarily take advantage of their time for things that are not useful.
Students become more creative, The world of college is a world where students seek as much experience as possible, especially out-of-school experiences. The experience will be a stock of their knowledge while in the community. And, the best way to hone a student's level of creativity is to do business. They can find students business opportunities in the surrounding environment which then processed into a creative student business ideas are profitable. Students can ease the burden of parents
Searching for experience is not just a reason for students to run a business. Business for students is a way for them to ease the financial burden of parents in their finance. Small and small business students can turn into a profitable business for students of origin lived with diligence and never give up. As a result, they can make money to finance their own lives.
Students do not become unemployed after college. Do you know? When students graduate they are directly inaugurated as unemployed. They will struggle in a competitive world of competition. Fierce competition in the world of work will not be experienced by those who have promising business for college students. Students who already have a business do not have a headache to apply for jobs to various companies. They do not have to worry about waiting for the call. Students become more confident, Do you believe that a student-run business brings a significant boost to their confidence? Yes. It is true. Students who run a business during college have a higher level of confidence than others. In the business world they always meet new people coming from different backgrounds. It makes them more confident and adaptable when in a new environment.
Students have many relationships, Finding work today is a breeze. What it takes to get a job today is not just relying on a high GPA (Grade Point Average) only. The relationships we have have an important influence to get jobs. Students who are in business during college will have many relationships because they always interact with new people with diverse backgrounds. They have more relationships that help develop the business they run.
Hopefully with these things we can both advance our universities and our country. Students can be someone who can advance his nation especially in the field of economic management.
